Join the Challenge:
Write 24 in ‘24

For the last few years, Happier with Gretchen Rubin podcast co-hosts Gretchen Rubin and Elizabeth Craft have done a yearly challenge with listeners—“Walk 20 in ‘20,” “Read 21 in ‘21,” “Rest 22 in ‘22,” and “Go Outside 23 in ‘23”—as a practical and manageable way to boost happiness and build habits.

In 2024, Gretchen and Elizabeth are introducing a new challenge: Write 24 in ‘24. Depending on your goals, your specific project, and what’s manageable for you, you can write for 2 to 4 minutes or 24 minutes a day.
