To track all of the habits that make you happier, experiment with multiple tools, and get the most out of the app, you can subscribe at any time.

Subscriptions are $7.99 per month, or $75 annually (a $20 savings). You can subscribe in the app any time. Prices above in USD. App will display subscription price in local currency.

Aims and Tools
-
Uploaded the wrong photo or made a typo in an entry? For aims using the Photo Log, One Sentence Journal, Numbers Tracker, and Track Your Total, you can edit and delete entries to more accurately track your progress. Make sure you’re using Version 1.6.4 or later to use this feature.
To edit or delete an entry:
Open your Toolkit
Tap “See All” entries. If you’re using Track Your Total, tap “Entry Archive”
Tap the three dots in the upper right corner of the entry you’d like to edit to open the menu
Select “Edit” to change the text, number, or photo in your entry, then tap “Save Entry.” Or, select “Delete” to delete the entry permanently
-
We are looking into solutions for marking previous days’ activity. If you forgot to log your activity for a day, you can add multiple entries the next time you open the app.
With the Photo Log tool, you can add multiple entries to add your photos to the grid, and maintain your total number of entries.
With the One-Sentence Journal, you can add multiple entries in one day, and note the missed date in the entry itself.
With the Numbers Tracker and Track Your Total, you can add multiple number entries in order to track your progress and contribute to your total.
With Don’t Break the Chain, an “X” will appear on the day you missed. You can add multiple entries in one day to maintain your total number of entries, but it won’t remove the “X”.
If you struggle to remember to add your entry because you aren’t using your phone throughout the day, try editing your aim reminder to notify you at the end of the day. If your chosen tool isn’t working for you, that’s okay! You can restart your aim with a new tool.
-
There are two ways you can modify your aim. At the top right corner of each aim card in your Toolkit, you’ll see a circle with three little dots. To edit the title of your aim, tap “Edit Aim Title.” Or tap “Edit Reminder” to modify the time and frequency of your reminder notifications.
-
To track an aim with a new tool, you’ll have to start a new aim. If you have a subscription, you can track an aim using multiple tools.
-
The Happier app recommends the tool most likely to work for you based on your Tendency, but different tools work for different people and different aims. If you’d like to use a tool other than the one recommended for you, you can select it from the menu when setting up your aim.
-
If you tap on your Toolkit at the bottom of the app you’ll see your list of aims. At the top right corner of each aim card, you’ll see a circle with three little dots. Tap on that circle and tap “Delete Aim.”
-
You can continue to track one aim with the Happier app without a subscription. If you have multiple aims in your toolkit and you cancel your subscription, the next time you log in, you’ll be prompted to select the aim you’d like to continue to track. Your other aims will be saved in your toolkit, but you won’t be able to add an entry without a subscription.
-
To track a different aim without a subscription, you must first delete your active aim. If you have inactive aims saved in your toolkit, you can choose from those aims. To create a new aim, you must delete your current aim and any inactive aims saved in your toolkit.
-
When you start the quiz you have the option of clicking on the button to start taking the quiz or clicking on the text link underneath the button that says “I already know my tendency”, then you would be able to choose your Tendency without taking the quiz.
